National Equipment Leasing, Inc. d.b.a. American Leasing, Inc. was incorporated in 1983 as a Colorado Corporation.

As evidenced by our longevity, American Leasing is a highly successful leasing company that has provided companies throughout the U.S. with financing solutions for nearly 20 years. The President of American Leasing, Inc. is H. Michael (Mike) Armstrong. Mr. Armstrong's finance career in Colorado began as Senior Finance Administrator for Martin Marietta. He subsequently has held positions as Credit Manager for Republic Financial and Sales Manager for MasterLease (now Tokai Finance) prior to incorporating American Leasing, Inc.
